Phoebe Quaynor is originally a native of Ghana . She is a doctoral candidate in the Curriculum and Instruction department of the College of Education at Pennsylvania State University. Her emphasis area is literacies and English language arts. She is also enrolled in the Reading Specialist program. For research, she is working in the Ghanaian context, examining language planning in the Ghanaian educational system
