Anisa Caine
she/her
BIOGRAPHY:
Anisa Caine is currently engaged in a systemic approach to understanding life, with main concerns in relationships, consciousness, spirituality, rewilding, insect welfare, ecolinguistics and esemplasticity.
After a career in the education sector, industry and the United Nations in Uganda, Scotland, the Middle East and Switzerland, she is now based in the Scottish Highlands. Her experience has expanded her views on learning and the all-important distinction between learning and understanding. This has shaped the way she works in assisting individuals to make a shift from theory to practice in the Art of Being. This approach views complexities as interconnected wholes rather than isolated parts.
Painting and river-listening have been lifelong passions, and her watercolours appear on the covers of GVF volumes.
